Join the National Center on Elder Abuse and Federal Trade Commission (FTC)  for a World Elder Abuse Awareness Day webinar, highlighting key findings from the FTC’s  2024 Consumer Sentinel Network Data Book, which reported over $2.3 billion in losses for older consumers. The consequences of financial fraud can be profoundly devastating, both financially and emotionally, particularly for older adults. This webinar will examine the data to identify common scams and trends, explore the impacts of fraud, and discuss effective strategies for prevention and recovery.
